ESTATE PLANNING

Our office provides various estate planning services, including the drafting of Wills, Trust Agreements, Pre-Marital Agreements, Irrevocable Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, and Title XIX Trusts. Given the experience of our attorneys and support staff, our firm can effectively handle the needs of clients with estates of any size.

Our services are specifically tailored to the needs of each client, representing single individuals, young couples starting a family, small business owners, and the elderly. Proper planning can ease the transition of assets from one generation to the next, as well as provide for the future of minor children and those with disabilities. Our firm will work closely with your current personal and financial advisors (such as Accountants and Brokers) to develop a plan specific to your needs. In addition to the preparation of documents, our firm often develops lifetime gifting programs; assists with the integration of Retirement Benefits, such as IRAs, 401(k)s, and other pension plans into your estate plan; provides guidance as to beneficiary designations for life insurance and other Retirement Benefits; and provides advice regarding Charitable and Generation Skipping Planning.
