Practice Areas
Our civil litigation attorneys are dedicated to helping people with claims or problems that may need to be resolved in court. Areas of practice are shown at left.

Our lawyers have advocated the cause of our clients in every courthouse in Connecticut, including Federal and Appellate Courts. We have settled or tried thousands of personal injury and other cases.

We believe in careful and painstaking preparation. Being well prepared for trial is not only instrumental in obtaining the best result at trial, it is critical in obtaining the best possible settlement.

In complex cases we work as a team. We regularly consult each other on all our cases so that multiple viewpoints are obtained.

We have extensive appellate experience. Knowing what the issues may be in prosecuting or defending an appeal is important in the preparation and trial of a case.

Although we have successfully represented clients in numerous wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases we also understand that to every client his/her injury is a serious matter. We enthusiastically and zealously represent our clients in all cases.

A large portion of our clients are referred to us by other attorneys. Others come to us by word of mouth or from existing or former clients.

We are happy to arrange a meeting with a new client. We will discuss whether or not a claim exists and the merits of such a claim. There is no charge for an initial meeting.
